1.Click This PC on your Windows machine.

2. Search for “%localappdata%\Discord\app-0.0.305\resources” in the search bar at the top of the file explorer. You will see all the files, as shown in the below image.

3. The app folder contains all the Better Discord configurations. To confirm this, double click the app folder. Within the app folder, you will be able to see the files, as shown in the image below.

4. Come back to the resources folder, right-click on the app folder, and select Delete to uninstall Better Discord.

5. Deleting the app folder will remove Better Discord from the Discord chat application.

Alternatively you could also perform below steps:

Press “Windows” + “R”. The Run window will open up.

1.In the text box type: “%localappdata%\Discord\app-0.0.305\resources“. You will be navigated to the App folder.

2. Right-click on the app folder and select delete. This will remove better discord from your windows system.

How to Uninstall Better Discord via Replacing the Discord .exe file ( macOS or Windows ) – Method 2

In method two, we will download the Discord .exe file from their official site and start the installation process again without uninstalling the Discord app. Follow the below steps carefully:

1. Navigate to Download Discord. Click on “Download for Mac” or “Download for Windows” depending on your operating system.
2. The .exe file will get downloaded and is saved under the Downloads folder.
3. Double click on the downloaded file ( Discord Setup ) to begin the installation process.
